Nitrox Compatible

A Nitrox compatible regulator may be used with oxygen enriched air, please ensure you read manual and obtain specialist nitrox training.

All products in the AquaLung Nitrox range have undergone adiabatic compression tests. The results of our tests have led us to offer two major product families:

• 1. AquaLung Nitrox regulators can be used with mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen.
• 2. AquaLung Oxygen regulators can be used with all nitrox mixtures and with pure oxygen.

Extremely simple air-passage geometry allows this single outlet valve to be used with enriched air mixtures.

Nitrox diving is increasing throughout the world. Until now no manufacturer has offered a range of products designed specifically for this type of use. This is why AQUA LUNG, benefiting from the unique experience and specialized equipment of its parent company, Air Liquide, has launched a range of products specifically intended for use with enriched air mixtures. AQUA LUNG is currently the only manufacturer to have successfully submitted its products to the adiabatic compression tests required by the EN 585 standard.
