The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course gets you going quickly with today modern digital equipment, whether you use a point-and-shoot snap camera or a sophisticated D-SLR like the pros

FICTION: Equipment is expensive.
FACT: Photography equipment can start as little as $549 for a entry level digital camera and a little over $1000 for a digital system with a strobe.
The purpose of the PADI Underwater Digital Photographer specialty course is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of underwater still photography. The course is intended to serve as a safe and supervised introduction to underwater still photography techniques used in the underwater environment. Skills will develop practical knowledge of photographic principles,composition,strobe and available light photography and camera-handling techniques. Care and maintenance of photographic equipment will be taught and hands on workshops will be run. The final outcome is to enable students to take underwater photographs that are properly composed, focused and exposed.

Underwater Digital Photography manual, use of all equipment, CD of your images.
